Banqueting Manager

There is an opening in the Food and Beverage Department of the five star Coral Beach Hotel & Resort for a Banqueting Manager.

Responsible for the organisation, adminisatration and smooth running of all banqueting events.

The successful candidate will report to the Operations Food & Beverage Manager of the hotel and will ensure the operation of all types of events, acheiving high levels of guest satisfaction. Furthermore, the position involves internal sales and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, safety and cleanliness of all banqueting areas.

Qualifications: A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, at least 3 years of experience in the same position. Be fluent in both Greek and English, computer literate and have a highly developed interpersonal/communicational skills.
